Atkins Library has planned a number of events to help you de-stress, take a break, and relax during exams.
Follow Your Breath Workshop
Are you feeling stressed with finals right around the corner? In this experiential workshop with CAPS doctoral intern, Luke Goodwin, MA, you’ll learn about the importance of breath for mental health and overall well-being. Moreover, you’ll be able to practice various breathing and mindfulness exercises that will calm you down and prepare you to handle whatever may be stressing you out. Join us in the library’s Visualization Lab on the 2nd floor!
- December 8th (Reading Day), 9-9:30 & 4-4:30
