Technology Instruction

Area 49 offers a number of learning opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and classes. Check them out below!

Go to our Workshops and Events page to register and guarantee your spot for the trainings and workshops. If you haven't registered, feel free to show up for the session, and we'll get you in if space is available.

Our workshops and trainings are open to all current students, faculty, and staff, unless otherwise noted in the event description.

Don't see a scheduled training that works for you? Contact us at atkinsarea49@charlotte.edu and we'll set something up. Send us some times you're available. We may need up to a week's notice.

We also have an opportunity available for you to develop a workshop, event, lecture, or other program related to creativity, innovation, and emerging technologies. If you are interested in developing something for the Area 49 Programming Series, please reach out to us at atkinsarea49@charlotte.edu.
