Request an item from the catalog, then pick it up when you’re ready. We’ll retrieve the item and have it ready for you at the Information and Research Desk. Request an item to pick up.

Request from Offsite Storage

Request books and periodicals, including journals and magazines, from our offsite storage facility. We’ll bring them over to Atkins Library for you. Request from offsite storage.

Interlibrary Loan

If we don’t have something you’re looking for, Interlibrary Loan (ILL) can try to get it for you. Students, faculty, and staff of UNC Charlotte can use ILL to borrow almost anything from other libraries for free. Request an Interlibrary Loan.
