When designing in a team setting, it is important to recognize that great ideas are not limited by experience or titles. We must also recognize our engineers and industry partners, and the role they can play in achieving our design intent. This talk will explore how we endeavor to be inclusive of all partners during the design process to ensure a great outcome.
