Atkins Library has planned a number of events to help you de-stress, take a break, and relax during exams.
Puzzle Break
Need a short brain break from studying? Stop by the puzzle table in Area 49, near the Visualization Lab and add a few pieces to our community puzzle. We’ll keep this puzzle out for finals week and swap out a new one if it gets finished.
Reading Day Refuel
Join Atkins Library and the Jamil Niner Pantry for Reading Day Refuel! Stop by our table outside the library and pick up some healthy snacks. Fuel your body and brain so you can be on your A-game for exams this semester.

Paws for Exam Therapy
Spend some time with certified therapy dogs! All sessions will be held near the back of the first floor:

Recharge Room
Need a break from the books? Head to the 2nd floor Visualization Lab to enjoy a snack, calming music, fun activities, and to grab study items like dry erase markers or index cards that you might be missing.

CAPS Help Desk (formerly Let’s Talk in the Library)
A brief, informal consultation with a CAPS Staff Member, no appointment necessary. Potential topics include relationship or roommate concerns, identity concerns, academic stress, or concerns about friends or peers. This will be near the back of the first floor.

Line Dancing in the Library
