Some highlights from this meeting are:
1) We have launched the Atkins Library Zoom Channels and invite you to join us there! These Channels are an informal space outside of emails that are meant for Atkins Library employees to have discussion, fellowship, and collegiality with one another. We currently have 3 Zoom Channels available for our employees to join: "Personal Announcements," "Free Items," and "Off Topic." 2) The Security team's photos are now on the Intranet Directory!
3) Reminder that new templates, including slides, letterhead, and Zoom backgrounds, are now located on the Marketing page of the Intranet: https://library.charlotte.edu/atkins-intranet/marketing
4) And lastly, Denelle is working on offering updated Staff Directory pictures and will have more updates about this soon. In the meantime, Atkins employees can schedule an appointment with the Career Center to get professional headshots done. If you would like to use a professional headshot as your Staff Directory picture, please email the picture to Chesney.
