Hope that you are all doing well and that the end of the spring semester is going well for you!
Our hours at the Architecture Library this week will remain the same until May 12th at 6pm, the last day we are open for the spring semester: https://library.charlotte.edu/visit-study/hours/architecture-library
If students are looking for a quiet place to study, please recommend the Architecture Library. We are open to all of the university community Monday to Friday, and then on Sundays, open to just the School of Architecture affiliates.
After intercession, the library will reopen on Monday, May 23 through August 11, 2022. Our summer hours are not yet finalized.
We'd like to thank our Architecture Library student employees for their work this semester in the midst of many challenges:
Savannah Cherry, Mikayla Hines, Shelby Young, and Katie King. Although we don't have any graduates this semester, we congratulate all of our graduating library employees!
Moreover, we are indebted again to the team of Collection Services for their work and support this FY year with the following projects that truly reflects the vision of "one library": the milestone completion of the periodical inventory/audit by Amanda Elzey (under the leadership of Shoko Tokoro); the re-establishment and coordination of periodical binding by Betty Hoce; and re-integration of 120+ general collection materials by Annette Boston.
