Highlights from this meeting include:
- The new Flexible Work Information Gathering survey is now live! We encourage all library employees to complete this survey by noon on Tuesday, September 6th: https://forms.gle/PiSrP3xJdp5J6u196
- We will discuss the survey's findings on flexible work at our next meeting.
- The the Workplace Climate Committee Feedback Form is now live! This creates an opportunity for employees to share their feedback with committee co-chairs Chesney Klubert and Natalie Ornat for the duration of the 2022-2023 academic year, as well as submit topic ideas for library-wide listening sessions. You can access this feedback form through the following link: https://forms.gle/cV4f3yC21bTcSpRr6.
- The Workplace Climate Committee Feedback Form also lives on the Intranet. Go to the Committees & Meetings page, select Atkins Library Standing Committees, and find the link listed under Library Workplace Climate Committee.
- Details on developing future listening sessions for library employees.
