  • Survey launched 9/20/21 and is disseminated on a weekly basis to new laptop borrowers. 

• Hotspot Loans Survey: Reasons for Checkout
  • Last Updated: January 30, 2024  
  • Survey launched 11/22/21
  • Sent to all students, faculty, and staff who have checked out a hotspot since 10/29/21.

• Portable Monitor Loans Survey: Reasons for Checkout
  • Last Updated: January 30, 2024
  • Survey launched 10/18/22
  • Sent to all students, faculty, and staff who have checked out a Portable Monitor since 10/01/21.

Special Analyses

• Tableau Dashboard - Atkins Library Overdue Equipment Analysis: July 1, 2022 - April 25, 2024
  • Includes all equipment checkouts from July 1, 2022 through April 25, 2024. 
  • Overdue status and time overdue is calculated based on the date/time the data were downloaded from Alma Analytics: April 25, 2024.
  • Analyses include before and after comparisons based on re-implementation of fines on 7/1/2023.  (Fines were removed during the height of COVID.) 
• Tableau Dashboard - Atkins Library Overdue Equipment Analysis: July 1, 2022 - January 30, 2023
  • Includes all equipment checkouts from July 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023
  • Overdue status and time overdue is calculated based on the date/time the data were downloaded from Alma Analytics: February 1, 2023 at 8:00 AM.
• Tableau Dashboard - Laptop Loans (AY 2020-2021 and 2021-2022)
  • Includes details related to borrower type, college, major, and length of loan. 
  • Fall and Spring Semesters (August 15 - May 15 for each AY)
